I first checked this book out from the library 7 years ago and I was fascinated by not only the vibrant pictures and the authentic recipes, but also the research the writer put into the history that created the diverse cuisine of the Caribbean. I would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone that has an interest in Caribbean cooking/5(12).
